If you are managing several lines, you will need to use the desktop client for Windows or MacOS. Please note - mobile phones will not be able to support management of more than one line. This software will allow you to access your office VOIP phone remotely, enabling you to make and receive phone calls from your University of Idaho extension. If you are working from home, you will still have the ability to use your office phone by installing Cisco Jabber. The instructions for Windows desktop computer might be enough to get you started on these other operating systems.
